The TSA was created as part of the Aviation and Transportation Security Act, sponsored by Don Young within the United States House of Representatives and Ernest Hollings in the Senate, handed by the 107th U.S. Congress, and signed into legislation by former President George W. Bush on November 19, 2001. Originally part of the United States Division of Transportation, the TSA was moved to the Division of Homeland Security on March 25, 2003.

There have been several attempts to outline training throughout the final century. On the heart of all that training is taken as ‘transmission of data and expertise’. R.S.
